2、 How to make a reasonable plan
Generally, a year includes a series of data such as product details, cost information, profit information, daily sales, and event sales. Because your plan must involve daily and activity (promotion), of course, you should also know how much money you can earn each month (that is, how much profit you can make), and then promote the store purposefully according to the plan.The information that needs to be included in the product decomposition includes: product cost, product profit, number of products sold, traffic visitor information, sales volume, etc. Of course, all the information written here is planned. If it is different, it must be completely consistent. In the actual process, it is normal to have differences,However, one thing to remind us is that we should not ignore the reality in order to make the whole plan or the whole sales volume look impressive, because the final result is to be presented.Then we compare the actual data with the plan.
